Service
Kaiperm CUB is our Audio Response system where you can access
your account over the phone 24 hours a day! You can check
your account balances, transfer money, see what checks have
cleared and more!

ATM’s
You can make withdrawals from your share draft (checking)
account at any ATM that accepts VISA. Our ATM’s are
located in the Medical Office Building in Kaiser Vallejo Facilities,
in the Vacaville Facilities, and in our new location 173 Plaza
Drive.
Direct Deposit
Avoid waiting in line to deposit your paycheck! Sign up for
Direct Deposit with your employer and enjoy the life of hassle
free paydays.
Payroll Deduction
If you’re a Kaiser Employee, you can sign up for Payroll
Deduction and have a portion of your paycheck deposited to
your account! This is a great way to put aside a little extra
money for special events or to make loan payments. To start,
stop or change the amount of your payroll deduction visit
Kaiser
Permanente’s MyHR website – choose the KP
& Me tab then choose the Direct Deposit link. To change
the allocation/distribution of your funds – fill out
our Direct
Deposit Allocation Form.
Traveler’s Cheques & Cards
Travel safe with free Traveler’s Cheques & Cards
from Kaiperm North Bay FCU. We offer both single and double
signature cheques in the following denominations:
- $200 of $20 cheques
- $150, $250, or $500 of $50 cheques
- $300, $500, or $1,000 of $100 cheques
- $500, $700, $1,000, or $2,000 cards
Unlike cash, Traveler’s Cheques are refundable if
the are lost or stolen.
Gift Checks & Cards
Tired of giving just plain old money as a gift? Why not give
a Gift Cheque or a Gift Card! We offer American Express
Gift Cheques in the amounts of $25, $50, and $100 and American
Express Gift Cards in the amounts of $25, $50, $100 and $500
and VISA Gift Cards in any denomination between $10 and $500.
Money
Orders
Money orders offer the convenience of a check, without the need for a checking
account. Money orders are guaranteed and widely accepted, refundable, traceable
and a safe way to pay bills and send funds through the mail. MoneyGram Money
Orders are available for purchase at the credit union for up to $1,000.
Medallion Signature Guarantee
As a service to our members we offer Medallion Signature
Guarantee for those who have important documents that require
such attention.
VISA ATM Check Card (Checking)
Our VISA ATM Check Card works like a check, giving you access
to your checking account funds to make purchases without
the hassle of writing a check. You can also make withdrawals
at over 340,000 ATM's worldwide and with the CO-OP Network
you have access to over 25,000 surcharge-free ATMs!
Prepaid
Reloadable Debit Card
Prepaid, Reloadable VISA Debit Cards are a great financial
management tool! You can decide ahead of time how much of
your funds you want to be able to access which can help you
manage your budget. You can make purchases anywhere VISA
is accepted and get cash at ATMs. To reload your card simply
go online or call the Credit Union.
Night Depository
Members can make safe and convenient after hour deposits
at our night drop box located by the front door at 173 Plaza
Drive, Suite 1001.
Online Banking
Kaiperm North Bay Federal Credit Union is proud to offer
you Online Banking Services - our new, anytime PC-based transaction
service. It’s safe, free and simple to use. Your personal
computer can now serve as your home branch and it’s
open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Bill Payer Service
Bill Payer is a fast, convenient service to pay your bills
from your PC. No more stamps and envelopes to lick or trip
to the Post Office!
Insurance
Share Insurance: You never have to worry about your
money at the credit union. Each individual account is insured
by the NCUA for $100,000.00 and $250,000 for IRAs. Your
funds are safe with us!.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
insurance is a low-cost benefit program available to Kaiperm
North Bay FCU members. The first $2,000.00 of AD&D is
paid by Kaiperm North Bay FCU. Any additional coverage selected
is deducted quarterly from the member's primary share savings
account. Insured members are covered 24 hours a day against
specific, accidental injuries or accidental death. Any member,
age 18 and older, is eligible to purchase up to $250,000 of
AD&D insurance.
Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) is a low cost safety
net members may purchase for new and used vehicles. GAP insures
you that you won’t get stuck paying out of your own
pocket if your car is stolen or totaled. For full policy details
ask a credit union representative.
Credit Disability, Credit Life: In
the event you become disabled by sickness, injury, or an accident,
credit disability insurance pays your loan payments up to
the policy maximum. The premium for this service is added
to your loan monthly based on your outstanding balance. For

CUNA Mutual Insurance – Car, Home, Life:
We have partnered with our insurance provider to
help offer you auto insurance, home insurance, and life insurance.
